Before this year's trade deadline, the Milwaukee Bucks allegedly promised to locate veteran center Serge Ibaka a new NBA home, according to Shams Charania.

Due to "personal issues," Ibaka has been absent from the squad. The big guy, who is in his 14th season, recently expressed his displeasure with the Bucks because of his deep bench spot behind the team's top center Brook Lopez.

Ibaka played a career-low 11.6 minutes per game before leaving the organization, below Milwaukee's depth chart for big men. He played during that period, averaging 4.1 points and 2.8 rebounds per game.

Ibaka is now committed to the Bucks for a $2.9 million one-year deal. His deal has a $1.83 million cap hit.

Ibaka, 33, appears to be looking for a team that can utilize him as a reliable component in their rotation of post players.
